Au Chant du Coq 2

The gîte is located in the commune of Giffaumont-Champaubert.
Just 200m from Lac du Der, it's the ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the lake, its watersports center and the surrounding area: water sports (boating, canoeing, swimming), cycling (cycle path around the lake), hiking, birdwatching, fishing, the casino etc...
Nature-lovers can enjoy a walk around the gîte to discover the lake's flora and fauna.
The passage of the cranes in autumn and spring is one of the lake's highlights.
The gîte has been completely renovated using quality materials.

The house comprises two Holiday cottages with a shared entrance. Access to the Holiday cottage is via the entrance hall.
The Holiday cottage, which sleeps 7, has a private garden overlooking the Countryside and a wooden terrace.
The first floor features a large living room (lounge/dining room and kitchen) with a sofa bed for 2, and a shower room.
Upstairs, you'll discover 3 bedrooms (one with two single beds and a shower, one with a double bed and one with two Bunk beds).
Bed linen is optional (€5 per bed), as is cleaning (€60).
Bathroom linen is not provided, so please bring your own.
