Au Chant du Coq 1

The gîte is located in the commune of Giffaumont-Champaubert. Just 200m from Lac du Der, it's the ideal place for a stay with family or friends to take advantage of the activities on offer at the lake, its nautical base and the surrounding area: water sports (boating, canoeing, swimming), cycling (cycle path around the lake), hiking, birdwatching, fishing, the casino etc...
Nature-lovers can enjoy a walk around the gîte to discover the lake's flora and fauna. The passage of the cranes in autumn and spring is one of the lake's highlights.
The gîte has been completely renovated using quality materials.
The house comprises two gîtes, with a shared entrance. Access to the gîte is via the entrance hall.

The 8-person gîte features a private garden overlooking the countryside and a wooden terrace.
On the first floor, a large living room (lounge/dining room and kitchen) with a 2-person sofa bed, a shower room with toilet and washing machine. A SPA area completes the first floor (additional space available for rental).
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds) and a shower room.
Bed linen is optional (€5 per bed), as is cleaning (€60).
Towels are not provided, so bring your own.
The SPA area is available at an additional cost of €50 per day (for stays of 2 to 4 people) and €30 per day (for weekly rentals). A deposit of €1000 is required.
The spa cannot be rented for a single day; for technical reasons it must be rented for the entire stay.
