Just 3 km north of Dormans, close to the A4 motorway, the gîte is within easy reach of Reims (approx. 20 minutes), the wine-growing hillsides and Champagne villages. The area lends itself to gentle strolls and discoveries, between valley landscapes, Countryside roads and gourmet stops. A short distance away, Dormans offers everyday services and points of interest to complete your stay. On site, the small enclosed courtyard offers a pleasant outdoor setting for enjoying the sunny days in all simplicity.

Accommodation comprises a living room with dining area and sofa bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas hob, washing machine). On the night side: one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a single bed and a Kids bed (up to 4 years). Shower room. Separate WC.

Outside: small enclosed courtyard. Garage with tumble dryer. In addition: end-of-stay cleaning and bed linen, according to rates.
