Completely renovated character house, located 7 km from Châteauvillain (Petite Cité de Caractère). First floor: fitted kitchen, dining/living room with sofa bed, shower room and WC. Upstairs: family suite with 2 interconnecting bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single mezzanine bed and 1 single sofa-bed) and WC. Private garden with trees, enclosed courtyard and fenced yard. Capacity: up to 6 people. Cleaning package: €50 mandatory for professionals, bed linen: €8 mandatory for professionals. If cleaning and bed linen are not paid for at the time of booking, they must be paid to the owners on site. Linen included. Pets allowed (supplement €15).
