110 m² single-storey Holiday cottage with Tourism and Handicap label and High Environmental Quality label. Fully-equipped kitchen with sitting area, fireplace, TV, DVD player, convertible sofas, washing machine and dishwasher. Two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. Shower room with Italian shower and WC. Outdoor areas: courtyard, garden, garden furniture, barbecue, 50 m² terrace and parking. Electric heating. Unenclosed plot of 100 m². Cleaning 45€ compulsory for professionals, sheets 8€ per bed, compulsory for professionals, if cleaning and sheets are not paid for when the contract is signed, they will be paid for on site.
