Ground floor: 1 bedroom, fitted kitchen, living room with 2-seater sofa, dining room, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, laundry room. First floor: 2 bedrooms, shower room and toilet. Facilities: electric heating, baby bed, 20 m² enclosed terrace with awning, 60 m² courtyard. Services: towels for hire (€2/person), compulsory cleaning fee (€80 for companies), sheets for hire (€5/bed/stay) compulsory for professionals, if cleaning and sheets are not paid for at the time of booking, they must be paid to the owners on site.
