Semi-detached Holiday cottage in a renovated farmhouse (125m²). Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living/dining room, sitting room with 2-seater sofa, shower room and WC. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 pull-out double bed, 2 single bunk beds, 2 cots), bathroom and WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), mezzanine with sofa bed, shower room/WC. Central heating, TV socket, tumble dryer, freezer. Outside areas: non adjoining plot (125m²) and courtyard (100m²). Facilities: 9 mountain bikes, 2 scooters (deposit), table tennis, boules, table soccer. Utilities: 8 kWh/day electricity free, excess billed on an actual basis. Options: bed linen rental (8€/pers. or 16€/2 pers.), towels and household linen (5€/pers.), cleaning package (100€). Cleaning and sheets obligatory for professionals. If cleaning and sheets are not paid for at the time of booking, they must be paid to the owners on site. No smoking.
