First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 cm, 1 extra bed, 1 crib), 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed 140 cm and relaxation area, shower room, WC. Enclosed grounds of 204 m². Garage available. Baby equipment available on request. Options: bed linen rental (12 €/bed), towels (8 €/pers), cleaning package (60 €). Deposit of €60 if cleaning option not taken out. Electricity: 8 kWh/day free, excess billed at actual cost. Cleaning 60€ and sheets 12€/bed compulsory for professional bookings. If cleaning and sheets are not paid for at the time of booking, they must be paid to the owners on site.
