Detached holiday cottage located on the 1st floor of the town hall building. Secure access via a keypad. Accommodations include 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen with a living area, a bathroom, and gas heating included. Enclosed grounds shared with municipal facilities (town hall and community hall). Courtyard available. Mandatory linens fee for all business stays: €25 per bed per stay. Bath towels optional: €7 per person per stay. Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests: €40 for any stay; for stays longer than one week, €40 per week. If the cleaning fee and linens are not paid at the time of booking, they must be paid on-site to the owners.Electricity: 8 kWh/day included (meter reading taken upon arrival and departure); any additional usage must be paid on-site.
