"The Pêcheur Cabin," a single-story holiday cottage located in Villegusien, on the shores of Lake Vingeanne. It features an open-concept kitchen that opens onto the dining room and living room, one bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed, and another bedroom with two 90/190 cm beds. Bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Enclosed property with a 27 m² south/southwest-facing terrace offering a direct view of the Lake. Cleaning fee: 45€. Linens and bed sheets included. Utilities: 8 kWh of electricity included per day; any excess will be billed based on actual consumption (meter readings taken upon arrival and departure). Cleaning fee: €45 required for business travelers; if the cleaning fee is not paid at the time of booking, it must be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.
