Comprising kitchen opening onto dining room and living room, bedroom with double bed (140/190 cm), bedroom with twin beds (90/190 cm). Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. Enclosed garden, 27 m² terrace facing south/south-west with direct view of the Lake. Cleaning charge: €45. Linen and sheets included. Utilities: 8 kWh electricity free per day, excess billed according to actual consumption (meter read on arrival and departure). Housework: 45€ compulsory for professionals, if not paid at time of booking it will be paid directly to the owner. Bed linen provided.
