Compulsory cleaning for professionals: €60 once a week. Spread over three levels, it offers comfortable, functional spaces. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a convivial dining room, as well as a warm living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The second floor features a comfortable bedroom, a modern shower room and a separate toilet. On the second floor, a second bedroom and a converted mezzanine provide additional sleeping space for one person, offering a cosy and intimate space. Outside, you'll enjoy a fully enclosed courtyard, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. There's also an awning where you can enjoy your meals under cover, or take advantage of evenings in the open air. Situated in Châteauvillain, a charming little town full of character, this Holiday cottage enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the Forest National Park, an unspoilt environment ideal for walks, discovering the flora and fauna, and rejuvenating holidays. A perfect place for a stay with family or friends, combining comfort, authenticity and nature. Optional cleaning: 60€.

Accommodation on 3 levels: ground floor with kitchen/dining/living room and private terrace with awning. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), bathroom and toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds) and mezzanine relaxation area with extra bed for Kids only. Garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Bed linen, towels and household linen included. Electricity: 8 kWh free per day, extra charge beyond that. Oil-fired heating payable according to consumption. Holiday certificate required. Optional cleaning: €60.00 Mandatory cleaning for professionals: €60.00 once a week. If cleaning is not included in the booking, it must be paid to the owner on site.
