Brand-new, modern 3-bedroom Holiday cottage in the Suize valley. First floor: fitted kitchen, dining/living room, 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room and toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90), bathroom with bath and shower, toilet. Linen supplied, Beds made on arrival. Private indoor Piscine (April to October), billiards, table tennis and table soccer reserved for guests. Facilities: fondue, crêpe party, raclette, bread maker, filter and Nespresso coffee makers. Cleaning package: €100, compulsory for professionals. If cleaning is not paid for at the time of booking, it must be paid to the owner on site. Pets allowed on first floor for an extra charge (€60). Electricity: 8 kWh/day free of charge, excess billed according to actual consumption.
