Detached Holiday cottage set in a renovated 16th-century building, nestled in 1.65 hectares of parkland. Sleeps 14. First floor: fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, gaming room (billiards, table soccer, darts), 'ambiance' room (music, dance, bar), 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, bathroom (bath and shower) and WC. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms with 180cm beds (twin beds 90x2), private shower rooms and WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 180 beds (twin beds 90x2), 1 Kids 80 bed, relaxation/gaming room, bathroom (bath and shower) and separate WC. Air-conditioning throughout the house. Heated Piscine (April to late September), year-round Spa. Facilities: beer maker, coffee maker, coffee bean machine, pétanque court. Charges: 8 kWh electricity free per day, Bed linen and towels provided. Compulsory cleaning fee: 250€ (companies). If the cleaning fee is not paid at the time of booking, it will be paid on site to the owners.
