Vacation home located near the A31 freeway (exit 8), on the Dijon-Nancy route. First floor: fitted kitchen, dining/living room with TV, WC and laundry facilities. First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed), sitting/relaxation area, bathroom and WC. Electric heating and pellet stove. Outside grounds with 40 m² terrace and parking area. Bed linen provided (beds made on arrival). Electricity: 8 kWh/day free, surplus payable at end of stay. Tourist tax not included. Bathroom linen hire: 6 €/pers. Housekeeping package: 50 € (private) or 70 € (with pets or company) Cleaning obligatory for professionals and people traveling with pets, if cleaning and sheets are not paid for at the time of booking, they must be paid to the owners on site. Capacity: 3 people for companies (renewable weekly contract).
