We offer you an air-conditioned apartment, entirely created in 2016, fitted out and decorated for the utmost comfort of guests with top-of-the-range services and equipment. Ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the TGV train station (300 meters) and the historic city center, the apartment is completely self-contained. It comprises a modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with direct access to the private terrace, two bedrooms: one with a 160X200 bed and the other with two 90X200 beds that can be combined to make a 180X200 king-size bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. There are two private parking spaces on the enclosed property, and access to the garden shared with the owner. Baby equipment will be provided free of charge on request (bed with mattress protector and fitted sheet, bathtub, changing mat, high chair and mixer). Come and enjoy Colmar, its museums, Little Venice, events and restaurants. We'll be happy to guide you and share our best addresses with you!

    TBIEN. Il manque cependant un peu de matériel de cuisine, peu de couverts par exemple, de bols... ce qui oblige à utiliser le lave vaisselle non rempli....

    Tres bien situe.
    Vehicule en securite
    A proximite du centre ville

    Tous le confort à l'interieur et spacieux.
    Grandes chambre et grand salon/cuisine.
    C'étais le top.
