It comprises an entrance hall, large storage cupboards, a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment), 1 toilet and walk-in shower, a cellar with games area, stereo. First floor: fitted kitchen with dining area, living room (TV) opening onto a dining room, bathroom with double washbasin, bath and shower, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms with 2 x 160x200cm beds. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite, each with 1 140x190cm bed, 4 90x190cm beds and 1 160x200cm bed (beds made up), shower room with washbasin, shower and toilet. Relaxation area, pool table, table tennis. Garage for 2 cars. 17 ares of land, shared pétanque court. Wood heating (restocked by owner) and auxiliary electric heating. 10% discount for up to 8 people, so 5 rooms available outside school vacations and only for stays of at least 1 week. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Pets allowed under conditions at €50/week/pet. Fan available in each bedroom.

Sabine Perfect stay for bigger groups or families
A wonderful house with nice hosts, multiple bath rooms, a bar with billiard, washer and dryer, a top garden with playground, terrasse and barbecue. Ideal for bigger families or groups needing several rooms.
