Gîte on the first floor of a large detached house set in grounds adjoining the owner's house, comprising 2 gîtes and 1 chambre d'hôtes. Fitted kitchen (hob, oven, rotisserie, etc.), living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms, 1 separate WC and 1 WC in a shower room. Garden furniture. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning provided. Outside July and August there is an electricity bill for weekly stays, 8 kwh per day is included, any additional consumption is billed at the current rate.
