The Chalet is located at Les Evaux in Labaroche, a 'commune nature' at 750 meters altitude. Surrounded by unspoilt nature, the village offers peace and quiet, fresh air and a wide range of sporting activities. It offers plenty of glazed areas from which to observe nature, while hovering in places several meters above the ground. The resort has 3 chalets. Each chalet has been carefully designed to offer perfect privacy, thanks to a strategic layout and carefully considered landscaping. This allows occupants to take full advantage of their personal space, in a peaceful, discreet atmosphere.

The Chalet is laid out on one floor (access via 3 outside steps) and comprises a living room with lounge, dining area and fully-equipped open kitchen (espresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), a shower room with shower, washing machine, toilet and vanity unit, a bedroom with a double bed and top-of-the-range 160x200 bedding, and an alcove with a double bed and top-of-the-range 160x200 bedding. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and electric shutters. You'll enjoy your own sunny terrace, surrounded by a Forest of majestic Scots Pine trees that give off intoxicating balsamic scents all year round, especially in summer. Private Jacuzzi, private sauna in a Cabin 10 meters from the property, private parking space in front of the property (accessed via a footpath). The commune supplies the water network with Mountain spring water. Free WIFI, Orange connected TV with access to international channels, Bluetooth connected speaker. Electric heating and air conditioning.
