In the heart of Alsace, on the banks of the Rhine, Kunheim is a peaceful village where life is good.
Its 1,800 inhabitants benefit from the economic activities of the Rhine belt, the proximity of Germany and Switzerland, the renown of the UNESCO World Heritage town of Neuf-Brisach and its lush green surroundings. This accommodation is set between the Rhine, which flows 1 km away, and the canal, along which a cycle path takes you all the way to Strasbourg. Five weeks before Christmas, Christmas markets open all around you. The Europa-Park theme park is 35 km away. The Alsatian ski slopes are less than an hour's drive away.
Our gîte is fully equipped to accommodate up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms in the gîte (the first with a 160 cm bed and the second with a 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed).
Toilets are separate. Renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. A baby kit is available on request, including a high chair, changing mat and folding bed. We can lend you a raclette machine and a croque-monsieur/waffle maker. We live in the apartment directly above, but each has its own private entrance and garden.
If you come by motorcycle, you can park your bike in our private courtyard, closed by a code gate. The gîte is located : - 17 km from Colmar - 80 km from Strasbourg - 50 km from Mulhouse - 10 km from Germany
