On the wine road in the center of Rouffach, our Holiday cottage is close to all amenities (shops 5 min away, train station 15 min walk), Colmar is 15 min away by car (Christmas festivities, Little Venice and Unterlinden museum), two of France's most beautiful villages (Eguisheim 10 min away by car and Kaysersberg 30 min away).
The Holiday cottage is located in a quiet area in the center of Rouffach, and comprises 2 master bedrooms, a large living room (20 m2), a kitchen area (10 m2) opening onto the terrace and overlooking the Piscine. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 160*200 cm beds, and the first has an open, private shower room with walk-in shower. The second has a shower room adjacent to the bedroom. Linen (towels and bathrobes plus sheets) is provided. The kitchen is equipped with cupboards for 6 people, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, an induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. Outside, there's a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, deckchairs, etc. The terrace is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs. A baby high chair is available. There is no washing machine in the Holiday cottage. A laundromat is a 3-minute drive away, and there's a private, closed garage for two cars. Benefits: Free use of a highchair - Jacuzzi open from October to May - Piscine heated in summer, from June to the end of September. Piscine depth of approx. 1m70 to 1m80, entirely private.

The Piscine is accessible to people and Kids who know how to swim. The pool is 1m70 to 1m80 deep. Parents with young children will be asked to sign a liability waiver on arrival. The Piscine and Jacuzzi are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The jacuzzi is open from October to May. Linen supplied (towels, sheets in winter). Reversible air-conditioning.
