Maison Schmitt

The Schmitt family welcomes you to this family home in the southern part of the Vineyard region of Alsace, high above the village of Uffholtz. Totally independent, with a large garden and orchard, this house can accommodate up to 6 people.

After a few steps outside, you arrive in the entrance hall which leads to the separate kitchen, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, hob, filter and Italian coffee machine, etc... There's also a dining table for up to 4 people. Next door, you enter the living room, with a dining table for 6 and a sitting area with sofas and a connected TV. Access to the terrace is via the living room. For the night, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (140x190cm), the third with a sofa bed (120x180cm), and a Telework area with desk and screen. Each room is equipped with storage space, pillows and extra blankets. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and your towels are included. A washing machine and dryer as well as a freezer are available in the basement, and a garage is also available for parking your car with a charging point for electric vehicles, bikes or motorcycles. Services: WIFI - Bed linen and towels provided - Optional cleaning: 60€ In the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage, Hiking trails, mountain bike trails and the Alsace wine route. Within easy reach of the Vineyard villages of Alsace, Colmar and the Route des Crêtes to the top of the Vosges mountains. Sights such as the Écomusée d'Alsace and the Parc du Petit Prince are within easy reach, as are a host of excursions for sports enthusiasts, heritage lovers and those looking for leisure and gastronomy. Enjoy the magic of Christmas markets in nearby villages and cities such as Colmar and Kaysersberg.
