Sylvie and Philippe welcome you to this modern house in the heart of a charming Alsatian village halfway between Colmar and Mulhouse. The house, built in 2020, can accommodate up to 6 people, has a garden with terrace and a carport. Inside, the ground floor is a large living area of 45m², comprising: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hood, dishwasher and kitchen appliances, SENSEO coffee maker and filter coffee maker etc.), a living room that can comfortably accommodate 6 people and the lounge. Separate WCs and a storage room are also accessible on this level. Upstairs, the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (bed linen included in your rental), bedroom 1: 180*200cm bed and storage space, bedroom 2: 160*200cm bed and storage space, bedroom 3: 2 80*200cm beds and storage space. The bedding has been carefully selected in a specialist store for your comfort. A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC completes this level. The Holiday cottage is equipped with fiber-optic WIFI, and you'll also have all the facilities you need for your stay, including a washing machine-dryer, barbecue, raclette and fondue equipment, and a relaxation area on the terrace. Your Holiday cottage is about 20 km from Colmar, 16 km from Mulhouse, 5 km from the Parc du Petit Prince and the Ecomusée d'Alsace in Ungersheim, two must-sees in the region for the whole family. In the village, you'll find all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, convenience store, tobacconist, hairdresser, Doctor, Pharmacy, bank. In Ensisheim, a City about 4 km away, you'll find several restaurants and a home-delivery pizzeria. A second Detached house, the Maison Nicole, just a few meters away, is available with the same layout. Depending on availability, you can rent both at the same time to double your capacity, i.e. up to 12 people. For your safety, we film the access road to the property.

On the gate you will find the Gite de France sign and the portal is engraved "les jumelles de l'Ill".
