On the first floor, the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto a welcoming living room with a TV connected to the Internet and equipped with a TV box. Each floor has a bathroom (shower room upstairs) with WC.
Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed and storage space.
Outside, two terraces let you soak up the sun or enjoy a meal al fresco. The private, unheated swimming pool invites you to relax. Two private parking spaces are available in the enclosed courtyard, as well as a free public parking lot in front of the property.
For your leisure, table soccer and a sports mat are at your disposal. The setting is quiet, with the owners close by to help with any needs you may have.
Baby equipment available on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, toilet booster seat.
