Welcome to our charming gîte, a Semi-detached house ( with the owners ) of about 100m², ideally located in the center of the village of Orbey, in the heart of the Alsatian Vosges, we offer you this beautiful traditional Mountain house. Less than 15 minutes away from Kaysersberg and the Lake Blanc ski and mountain bike resort (a shuttle bus takes you there on foot in 1 minute), this old farmhouse, entirely renovated with care, offers you a unique experience combining authenticity and modern comfort. The outdoor space is a haven of peace in the heart of an orchard. It takes 20 minutes to get to Riquewihr, 25 minutes to Ribeauvillé and Colmar, 45 minutes to Lake Gerardmer and 1 hour to Strasbourg.

On the first floor, you'll find a cosy living room with fireplace, TV, board games and videos, ideal for relaxing moments. A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) offers a restful night's sleep. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals. A modern bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet completes this floor.

Upstairs, a first bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200) and shower area, while a second bedroom, ideal for Kids, is equipped with two single beds (90x190). Note that the entrance door to this bedroom is lower, adding to the authentic charm of the place.

Outside, enjoy a corner adjoining the house and an open garden with barbecue, located 50m behind the house, in a Natura 2000 area, offering peace and nature. Two parking spaces are available at the rear of the Holiday cottage.

With excellent soundproofing and tasteful decoration, this Holiday cottage is perfect for a relaxing vacation, combining old-world charm with modern comforts.
The house is located in the center of the village and close to the main road, so there are cars passing by regularly, but the house is very well insulated.
The price includes cleaning as well as bed linen, household linen and towels (2 towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc.).
