Detached house in the heart of Alsace's Vineyard. Located in the heart of Alsace, 6 km from Colmar, the owners welcome you to this totally independent Holiday cottage, adjacent to their home. It can accommodate 6 people. Backing onto the famous Vineyard of our village of Ammerschwihr, particularly renowned for its gastronomy, its great wines and its grand cru "Kaefferkopf".

First floor: a large living area of over 50 m2, including a lounge with satellite TV and dedicated wifi access, a living room and a fully-equipped open kitchen (filter and NESPRESSO coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, etc.), as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Upstairs: a second shower room with walk-in shower and WC. The night area includes a double bedroom with balcony (160*200 cm bed) and two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90*200 cm) that can be assembled as required. All bedding is new and of hotel quality. All windows are equipped with electric shutters. Baby equipment (bed, high chair, bathtub, booster seat, children's books, etc.) Utilities included - Tourist tax not included.

Outside, you'll find a shaded terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and a large grassy area in the orchard to enjoy your vacation. A ping-pong table and badminton set are also available. In the basement: a garage for your car and bikes, plus a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack and iron.

On-site Hiking and mountain bike trails, strolls through typical flower-filled streets, meetings with winegrowers and cellar visits. 5 minutes away: Golf, tennis court, Fishing, shops and nautical center. Winter activities, Ski and Cross-country skiing 20 min away.
