The house has 4 bedrooms: a master suite, two double bedrooms and a triple bedroom, 3 shower rooms, a large living area with a fully-equipped open kitchen, a large terrace and private orchard area, a large balcony with a beautiful view over the Vineyard, as well as a gaming room and sauna.

The first floor houses a large, convivial living space with an open kitchen, a lounge with a connected TV and Wi-Fi connection available throughout the house, a comfortable bedroom for 3 people (3 beds 90x200, 2 of which can be joined together to make a 180x200cm bed), a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a shower room with toilet and three spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, shower, washbasin, balcony and TV. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds 90x200cm, which can be combined in one of the two bedrooms to make a double bed 180x200.
The basement is a real place of relaxation and entertainment, with a games room equipped with table soccer, sofa and connected TV, and a sauna area (aromatherapy, light therapy) with shower for moments of relaxation.
The exterior of the gîte features a large terrace with a relaxation area and a dining area. An orchard area for relaxing and direct access to hiking trails. Two private parking spaces in the driveway, with the option of parking in the quiet alley.
The owner, a passionate beekeeper, will be delighted to welcome guests interested in sharing his passion for beekeeping.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, er war jederzeit erreichbar.
Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Zeit und Arbeit, die der Gastgeber in die Renovierung gesteckt hat, haben sich gelohnt.
Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch selbst noch einmal wiederkommen.

Iris Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Aude und Stephane. Beide sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns zum Beispiel bei der Auswahl von Wanderungen geholfen. Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir super über alles informiert. Unübertrefflich ist auch der leckere selbstgemachte Honig.
Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, neu und ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schön angelegten Garten. Man erreicht sowohl Museen in Mulhouse als auch Wanderungen in den Vogesen sehr schnell. Die Parksituation ist sehr gut. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt wo es samstags einen netten Markt gibt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Fam. Maes Ruime en comfortobale Gîte
Deze mooie en kwalitatief gerenoveerde woning bied alle ruimte en comfort voor een prachtig verblijf. De woning bied heel wat luxe en alles (bestek, borden , glazen etc) is in ruime mate aanwezig. De bedden zijn supergoed en zorgen voor een perfecte nachtrust. De woning is goed gelegen , niet te ver van centrum en supermarkt(en) en is een ideal uitvalsbasis om de zuidelijke Elzas te ontdekken.
De eigenaars , Aude en Stephane , zijn supervriendelijk , bieden een warme ontvangst aan en zijn steeds bereikbaar. Top !- Cleanliness

Alicia Merveilleux week-end passé dans cette somptueuse maison
Merci à Aude et son mari pour ce séjour incroyable. A 9 dans la maison, vous ne serez pas à l'étroit. Environnement cozy, très bien décoré mais également de loin la maison la mieux équipée de toutes celles que j'ai eu jusqu'à maintenant. Emplacement au top, calme et pas très loin du centre et des commerces pour quelques courses. Je ne peux que recommander +++ les Rosiers du Blosen.

Julia Nice place to get together and relax / Schöner Ort zum Zusammenkommen und entspannen
We had a very nice time here. The landlords are really nice and we felt very comfortable. The house is large, bright and nicely furnished and the sauna of course a highlight. But also the great kitchen and living area invites you to linger.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Die Vermieter sind wirklich nett und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist groß, hell und schön eingerichtet und die Sauna natürlich ein Highlight. Aber auch der tolle Küchen- und Wohnbereich lädt zum verweilen ein.
