This charming 70 m² detached house welcomes you for a relaxing stay. The Holiday cottage is in a Detached house at the back of the owners' house on the same plot, which also includes 2 gîtes in the owners' house.

The house features a bright, friendly and comfortable living room, including a sitting and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and filter coffee machine. You'll also find a TNT television, a wifi connection and a washing machine.

The accommodation comprises two carefully appointed bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a double bed for two people 140x190cm
- One bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm

Two bathrooms for added comfort
The house has two bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin and WC.
One of the shower rooms is located on the first floor near the entrance hall and has a private washing machine.

A relaxing exterior
In the garden, a lovely green space awaits you, with private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and play area for the Kids. It's the perfect place to enjoy the fresh air, share a meal or simply relax in the sun. The apartment also has a large private balcony.
A closed garage is at your disposal, as well as private parking for your car and bikes.

Families are welcome! The house is equipped with a booster seat, a safety system for the staircase, a games case, board games and an outdoor play area.

Access to the apartment is via the first floor, then a comfortable staircase leads to the living area. There are 4 steps separating the living area from the other rooms.
