Comfortable 65m2 hillside Holiday cottage in a quiet village next to the owner's house and the hiker's cottage.
First floor: room opening onto fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with corner bench, table and chair, convertible living room, armchair, coffee table, room opening onto covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha, bedroom with 1 140cm bed, 1 90cm bed, 3 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe, 1 baby bed.1 balcony facing south.

First floor: attic bedroom with 3 90cm beds, wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, 3 bedside tables, library, board games, view of the hill and wildlife.
Basement: shower room, fridge, washing machine and sink, table soccer, rowing machine, indoor bike, home trainer, storage unit, outdoor games, pétanque, molky, pave breton, motorcycle garage. Sorting bins and cleaning equipment.

Off the kitchen is a covered terrace with wrought-iron gate and plancha, leading to a second covered terrace with farm table, bench, chairs and deckchairs.
