Situated in the center of the département, Baldersheim is a pleasant little village where life is good, with all local shops, and an ideal starting point for discovering the whole region, with freeway access less than 10 minutes away, as well as cycle paths in the immediate vicinity.

The independent Holiday cottage can accommodate 5 people and a baby, and is located opposite the owners' house.
On the first floor, you enter a room where you'll find all the documentation you need to organize your stay, as well as a toilet.
Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises two double bedrooms with 140x190cm beds, wardrobes and bedside tables,
and a single bedroom with a 90x190cm bed and chest of drawers.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, which includes a TV, large 5-person sofa and coffee table. A relaxation/leisure area is at your disposal, with home-made Dutch billiards (Schoelbak), and a reading/music corner with a comfortable armchair.
A large shower room with toilet and washing machine. All on a surface area of approx. 100m². Outside, 2 car rentals in the property next to the Holiday cottage. Private sheltered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (on request). Baby equipment on site. Bed linen provided and Heating included.

54 hours lead time between each reservation requested by prop, prop confirmation on 13/03/2025 bm. Possibility of staggered arrival and departure. To be discussed with owners.
