Authentic half-timbered house dating from the late 18th century, set in a separate garden, in the heart of a small country village. Close to the freeway exit, the gîte is within easy reach of the German and Swiss borders, as well as Mulhouse and its museums. On the ground floor, a large living room with tiled stove, dining room, lounge, a large independent, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate WC and shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and the second with two single beds (90x190) and a single bed (90x200). A second bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. The whole is organized around a reading area. A garden-orchard is at your disposal, as well as a storage room (bikes...).
A flat rate of 20 KW maximum per day (i.e. 140 KW per week) is included in the price. Any excess will be billed; a meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure.
