The 95m², 5-star apartment for 4 people is located on the ground floor with direct access to the ramparts. It features two bedrooms (2 beds/160x200) with a fully-integrated open-plan kitchen with top-of-the-range equipment (dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer), a comfortably furnished living room in a natural wood decor, a modern bathroom with corner shower, washer/dryer and WC in addition to the separate WC. A balcony adjoining the kitchen and a 100 m² flowered relaxation area with barbecue are at your disposal, as well as a private parking space and a bicycle garage. There's also a fully-equipped gym in the basement. Beds are made up on arrival and household linen is provided. Cleaning service available during your stay. Housework included.
