On the first floor, the bar and gaming room are located so as not to generate noise for the bedrooms, while still offering table soccer, arcade games, TV, taffy machine and ice maker. A separate toilet with washbasin and a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, additional refrigerator and iron with ironing board complete this floor. At the other end of the house, several air-conditioned bedrooms welcome you: 1 bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90×190 cm beds and a bathroom with shower and washbasin.

On the 1st floor, the living room opens onto the kitchen and dining room, creating a bright, convivial space. The kitchen is fully equipped. Several air-conditioned bedrooms are also located on this floor, including 2 en suite bedrooms: one with a 160×200 cm bed and the other with 2 90×190 cm beds. Another bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed completes this floor. A reading corner with library invites you to relax, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate toilet is available.

On the 2nd floor, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each accommodate 2 beds 90×190 cm. A landing with TV and 7.72 m² relaxation area offers a quiet place to relax, and a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet completes this floor.

Outside, a large terrace awaits you with a Weber gas barbecue and tarte flambée oven, perfect for al fresco dining. Kids can enjoy outdoor games, while a ping-pong table rounds out the activities. The house also features a charging station, a carport and a bike room for your convenience.
