Beautiful detached house that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in the central Alsace region, close to tourist attractions, the house is close to the motorway, providing easy access for sightseeing.

Access to the house is on the ground floor, then 5 steps lead up to the accommodation. This 1-storey Holiday cottage comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a dining room opening onto the living room with access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning (1 double bed with 2 Cot 80x190 mattresses and 2 single beds 90x190) and a bathroom with bath, washbasin and washing machine. Private double garage. At the rear of the house, a large enclosed garden planted with trees. Garden furniture and deckchairs on the terrace in summer. Only small pets allowed on request (5 euros/night). Electricity: In winter, a charge is made for electricity over a consumption of 90 euros per week on the basis of a meter reading. The village center is approx. 1 km away (town hall, tobacconist's, florist and hairdresser). Shops (a proxi with a butcher's shop and a Bannette bakery) are at the other entrance to the village (approx. 2 km).

Arrival at the gîte from 4pm. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
