Le P'tit Soultzbach

Located in Soppe le Bas, a small village of around 800 inhabitants, Mélanie and François welcome you to this bright, detached 40m2 house with garden, which will seduce you with its calm!
The owners' house is next door, and the large garden (25 ares) is shared. There's no overlooking (privacy is ensured by a large row of thuyas).
The house can accommodate up to 3 people plus a baby (cot, high chair and baby crockery available free of charge) and comprises :
A spacious, fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, hood, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.) with all necessary equipment. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190), which can also accommodate the crib we provide, and a sleeping area with single bed (90x190) on the landing.
Outside: terrace with 4-person garden table, gas plancha and 2 sun loungers.
The garden is enclosed by an electric gate with remote control.
Animals: For our animal friends: we have a henhouse in the garden (the hens have a fenced-in area around the henhouse, so they won't visit you...); animals must be kept on a leash on the property.
Electricity for vehicles.
Numerous trails marked out by the Club Vosgien are just 5 minutes from the gîte, and cyclists and bikers will love the route des crêtes and the Vosges passes.
An adventure park and tourist train are 6 kilometers away.
