On the 1st floor of a family residence with 3 apartments. Apartment comprising an entrance hall, living room with sofa bed for 2 (flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, WiFi) and dining room. A fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob), a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet opening onto a covered passageway. One bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed. Free covered parking nearby. Gas heating with thermostat. Centralized vacuuming. Bed linen and towels provided for 2 people (extra charge for additional bed at 10€/pers.). Baby equipment (cot and high chair) on request. Bike room. Pet fee €10/pet/day.

Séjourner au Nachtala, c'est avant tout bénéficier d'un accueil 5 étoiles, très chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés, aux petits soins pour leurs vacanciers et très disponibles si nécessité.
Ensuite le logement est bien situé dans Colmar: A proximité des sites emblématiques colmariens qui sont accessibles à pied et il est également bien desservi par les transports en communs pour les excursions plus lointaines.
Enfin, ce logement est très calme, bien insonorisé, bien équipé. Au regard des tarifs pratiqués sur Colmar, il présente un excellent rapport qualité/prix.- Cleanliness

LG. Mon chez-moi en Alsace.
C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir dans ce gîte à Colmar. Les hôtes très accueillants ont aménagé un petit nid au calme, bien équipé et confortable. Le parking couvert est fort appréciable quand le soleil tape comme cette année. Le top !
