Le Mogador

Beautiful 130 m² duplex Holiday cottage for 8 people. Our Holiday cottage, Le MOGADOR, is located in INGERSHEIM, a village next to Colmar on the Route des Vins, within easy reach of Alsace's tourist attractions (Kaysersberg, Eguisheim, France's favorite villages, Riquewihr ....) and, for hikers, a host of beautiful walks. Close to all amenities, shops and wine trails. The detached house is located in a quiet street.

Access is via a porch entrance with parking for one or two cars. Located on the 1st floor, accessible by a dozen steps. You'll find an entrance hall, a living room (library, connected TV and TV box, access to foreign channels, DVD player, Hi Fi system, wifi), a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, fridge-freezer, etc.) opening onto the dining area. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms. One with a double bed (140x200), the third with a 90x190 bed. A small attic bedroom (approx. 4m²) with a single bed (90x190) is available on request, more suitable for a Kids: 3 steps and a 1m20-high door to access it. On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms with double beds (1x140x200 and 1x160x200), a separate toilet, a large dressing room and a shower room with shower cubicle.

Pets are not allowed. All windows have shutters or roller shutters, depending on the room. Secure cellar accessible for bike storage. Parking available in the courtyard and free public parking lot nearby. Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, bathtub, changing table, stroller.

Ground floor to 1st floor, approx. 10/12 steps, handrail on all stairs.
