Located in the village of Soulzbach les Bains, this brand new house built in 2023 welcomes you for a stay in the Vosges mountains.

Detached house on 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor (160x200cm bed) with private shower room and separate WC. The other 3 bedrooms (beds 90x200cm) are located upstairs with a separate shower room and WC.

On the ground floor you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (filter and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster) opening onto the living room, a dining area and a sitting area with connected TV. Direct ground-level access to the terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. The Holiday cottage is equipped with a closed garage (code given on arrival) for 1 car, bike or motorcycle. Slow-recharge socket for electric vehicle (please contact the owner). Ski and Hiking equipment can also be stored in the garage. Additional private parking space in front of the garage.
Baby bed and high chair available in the Holiday cottage.
Household linen (sheets, comforter covers, pillows and towels) and cleaning included in the price. Hairdryer available.
Possibility of adding a 7th person on request at extra cost.
Ideally located at the foot of the Vosges mountains and the wine route, 15 minutes from Colmar and 5mm from Munster.
The Holiday cottage is not intended for holiday rental.

The owners live in the house opposite the Holiday cottage.
