No private parking spaces, but plenty of paid parking spaces are available around the building, and free public parking lots are available 5 minutes from the apartment. The train station is 1.5km away on foot.

The 54m² apartment was completely renovated in 2020, and offers 2 separate bedrooms, the first with a 160*200cm double bed and the second with a 90*190cm single Mezzanine bed. Each bedroom has ample closet space. The living room features a dining area for 4, a sofa bed and a cable TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and filter coffee maker. All necessary utensils and a stock of groceries are at your disposal. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.

The Holiday cottage has Wifi, bed linen and towels are included in your rental and your beds will be made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is also included.

Ideally located, the apartment is less than 5 minutes' walk from Colmar's historic center, close to the Unterlinden Museum, tourist train departures and the Tourist Office. You'll find many typical restaurants and shops within 500m. Several parking lots in the immediate vicinity, including a covered parking lot. Private, secure cellar and shared bike room.

Please note that this City Break is located in the CITY CENTER, which means it is subject to city noise at all times. Double-glazing in all units helps reduce this nuisance.

Departures: between 12:30 and 13:30 (possibility of early departure between 8 and 8:30)
