Spacious 140 m² duplex holiday cottage on the upper floor, offering great comfort for 4 or 6 people (upon request, except in September), bright with a terrace and an exceptional panoramic view of the Vineyard, the châteaux, and the Vosges Mountains. The holiday cottage features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, including a 17 m² master suite with its own private bathroom and toilet, plus 1 bathroom with toilet on the first floor A third bedroom (with private bathroom and toilet) on the first floor, adjacent to the holiday cottage’s entrance, is available for an additional €180 per week upon request (except in September).

Perched on the hills above Mittelwihr, at the far end of the courtyard of the Baumann-Zirgel Winery, on the edge of the vineyards, our former barn—"La SCHIRR"—has been completely renovated to create three high-quality, fully independent holiday cottages that offer complete privacy thanks to their layout:

Here you’ll find spacious rooms, large picture windows overlooking the wine-growing foothills of central Alsace, a rustic atmosphere with exposed beams, and a few antique regional pieces that blend beautifully with the black-and-white design of the living room and dining room, which opens onto the kitchen.

FIRST FLOOR

At the entrance: A small storage area with a shoe rack, closet, games, and bookshelf.

Large 73m² living room with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a closed fireplace, TV, and a stereo system with DVD player.

- Bedroom 1 (attic-style); 17 m² master suite; 1 160x200 bed with its own bathroom featuring a large shower, vanity unit, and private toilet; a work area; an antique dresser; and a small reading nook with an armchair

- Bedroom 2 (attic-style); 2 beds that can be joined or separated (80x200) with an Alsatian chair and an antique jam cabinet

An anteroom and a large walk-in closet serve these two bedrooms

*** A third bedroom adjoining the holiday cottage on the first floor—the “Petit Quetschier”—is available upon request for an additional €180 per week, featuring a private bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.
