Le Clésio

Located in the heart of Alsace, in the mid-mountain region, our holiday cottage has been welcoming guests for over 40 years. This historic former forester’s house can accommodate up to 15 people. Nestled in the heart of nature and surrounded by forests, it faces due south and offers a magnificent panoramic view at an elevation of 680 meters. The holiday cottage is attached to the owner’s home and is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.

The holiday cottage has Wi-Fi, a stereo system, and satellite TV.

Ground Floor

The kitchen is functional and very well-equipped: 5-burner gas stove, large electric oven, 2 refrigerators (one with a freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, 2 raclette machines, coffee makers, electric kettle, cookware set for a small group, dishes and cutlery for 20 people. (Kitchen towels not provided.)
The ground floor also includes a toilet and a washing machine.

1st Floor
Access via the interior staircase or a separate ground-level entrance.

The holiday cottage has 6 bedrooms, one of which has a private shower and sink. In total: 7 single beds, 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), 2 double beds, and 2 baby beds (see floor plan). Each bed is equipped with a comforter, a blanket, and a pillow.

There are also 3 bathrooms (3 showers and 5 sinks) as well as 2 toilets.

Room 1: 2 single beds (110 cm)
Room 2: 2 single beds (1 bed 110 cm and 1 bed 90 cm) + 1 bunk bed (2 beds, 90 cm each)
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 cm)
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (140 cm) + 1 bunk bed (2 beds, 90 cm each)
Bedroom 5: 1 single bed (110 cm)
Bedroom 6: 1 double bed (140 cm)

Outside, you’ll enjoy a large private area with tables, chairs, umbrellas, a barbecue, a tart flambée oven, swings, and a sandbox. Many hiking trails are accessible directly from the holiday cottage. Hiking maps and information on local wildlife, the area’s history, and tourist attractions are provided.

Heating is not included: 25 € per day. Sheets and towels are not provided. Duvets, blankets, and pillows are provided.
