Located in the center of the village of Orbey, in the heart of the Alsatian Vosges, our family offers you this beautiful traditional Mountain house. Close to all the shops and in a quiet location, you'll appreciate the panoramic view from this Detached house with garden. In addition to the private garden, you'll find a terrace, private parking and a shed for motorcycles, bicycles or skis. The house was renovated in 2020, with traditional furnishings and modern touches to enhance your comfort. The entrance is on the 1st floor, where you'll find the living rooms, firstly the lounge with sofa, coffee table, 4K TV, DVD player and stereo, from where you can access the terrace (16m²). Next, the separate, fully-equipped, modern kitchen, with traditional and microwave ovens, induction hobs, dishwasher, raclette machine, toaster, coffeemakers, etc., and dining area. Finally, there's the dining room, where you can sit around a 6-person table or work from Telework. Also on this level, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the 2nd floor, you'll find the sleeping area, with 3 separate bedrooms: - The first with a 160*200cm double bed and en-suite shower and washbasin, - The second with two 90*190cm single beds, - And finally the third bedroom with 1 140*190cm double bed. The bedding was renewed in early 2026. A second separate toilet is located on this floor.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. Outside, you'll enjoy a private landscaped garden equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.
