The Chalet is ideally located for lovers of nature and tranquility. The large, carefully tended garden with its trees invites you to relax in its shady, landscaped corners. Hiking trails start directly from the property.
The bedroom, completely renovated, offers a generous and warm space.
It includes :
- A comfortable, top-quality 160x200cm double bed (made in Alsace)
- An open-plan bath in the bedroom
- Private bathroom with shower and WC
- Lounge area with sofa
- A desk
- TV and wifi
Breakfast included, made with local and homemade products, served every morning in a cosy room adjoining the room. A self-service microwave, fridge and coffee machine are also available.
Bathroom linen provided. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Meadows with horses nearby.
Only one room is available for rent: you'll be the only guests on site. The owner lives upstairs in the Chalet and will be delighted to welcome you and advise you.
Secure garage for up to 2 motorcycles and 2 bicycles. For cars, private parking space in the immediate vicinity of the Bed and breakfast.

Accueil exceptionnel. Vaste chambre magnifique avec tout le confort. Mise à disposition d’une grande pièce équipée d’un micro-ondes et d’un réfrigérateur.

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire, le gîte est vraiment exceptionnel avec 1 vue imprenable de la chambre le petit déjeuner est au TOP. Vraiment rien à redire nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner et surtout de le conseiller autour de nous.

Leif Außergewöhnlich schön gestaltete Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, leckeres Frühstück!
Bereits der telefonische Kontakt zu Frau Levin, die auch fließend deutsch spricht, gestaltete sich sehr nett. Sie half auch beim Finden der Unterkunft. Letzteres ist nicht ganz leicht, dafür liegt sie so abgeschieden, dass sie perfekte Erholung für Paare und Alleinreisende, die Ruhe wünschen, ermöglicht. Der Blick ist fantastisch. Es gibt ein typisch elsässisches Frühstück. Frau Legin geht gerne auch auf besondere Wünsche ein. Die Badewanne verspricht auch im Winter Behaglichkeit. Der Preis ist sehr günstig, auf dem Niveau von Jugendherbergen, bei wesentlich höherem Komfort. Die Unterkunft ist allerdings nur bei ausreichender körperlicher Fitness zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen, daher für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nicht zu empfehlen. Bei besonderen Ernährungsstilen, z.B. vegan, kein Getreide etc. sollte man im Voraus Kontakt aufnehmen. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder im Chambre du Chardonneret zu Gast zu sein, auch längere Zeit. Mit dem nahe gelegenen Albert-Schweitzer-Ort Gunsbach gibt es auch kulturell einiges zu entdecken. Lokale Kultur vermittelt auch das dortige Käsehaus....

Nous cherchions un endroit paisible et reposant où nous poser pendant quelques jours et nous l'avons trouvé au Chalet du Chardonneret.
L'accueil chaleureux d'Elisabeth, sa disponibilité et ses conseils quant aux activités ou découvertes gourmandes à faire aux alentours sont également un plus. Et que dire du petit-déjeuner gourmand.... A coup sûr une adresse à recommander dans un endroit magnifique.

Timothy Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Elisabeth was very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast.
The setting was peaceful with a beautiful view. Elisabeth made us feel very welcome and she was very helpful. The accommodation was extremely clean with good quality linen and bed. We slept well. We were spoilt with homemade biscuits on the coffee tray. Elisabeth served us a homemade breakfast with lovely local produce. We would not hesitate to go there again. Thank you Elisabeth.
