In Ribeauvillé, a medieval town on the Alsace Wine Route, LE 1513, a Citybreak house, has been fitted out in the heart of town, in a quiet alleyway. The house is adjacent to the owners' home. With its Italian-Alsatian decor, it comprises an entrance on the first floor, an open-plan living area with kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine and percolator) and living room (flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo) with direct access to the terrace, and a bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine) on the 1st floor. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, one with two 90x200 beds that can be joined together, the other with a 160x200 bed. A mezzanine area with a BZ sofa (140x190) can sleep an additional 2 people on request (extra charge). A second bathroom (bath, toilet and bidet). Parking space in enclosed courtyard.
Parking for 1 car included. Additional person package for more than 4 people: €12 per day per additional person.

Laura, en bonne italienne, a laissé parler son sens de l'élégance et du style. Christophe est Alsacien et vous conseillera pour mieux découvrir cette belle region. Le 15 13 est situé dans une rue calme (la Rue de la Fraternité, ça ne s'invente pas !), à deux pas du centre de Ribeauvillé et de la Tour des Bouchers. De l'extérieur, l'entrée fait penser à une maison de poupée : la façade à pans de bois est très typique et la maison est construite sur le mur d'enceinte du village médiéval. Et pourtant, l'intérieur est résolument moderne : Laura, en bonne italienne, a laissé parler son sens de l'élégance et du style. Avec en prime une très jolie vue sur les toits de Ribeauvillé, les vignes et le château St Ulrich. Les propriétaires habitent à coté et sont très disponibles pour vous indiquer tous les bons plans et adresses.

Marion Amazing holidays
We stayed for a few days with our kid - the flat is big, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. The building itself is beautiful and is right in the old centre, in a little quiet street full of charm. Ribeauvillé is a stunning place and the region is really worth the visit. Christophe was an absolute star - always there to help, very fast to reply, and we felt welcome from the start to finish. We had an amazing time, thanks again!

Maison spacieuse avec vue sur les vignes et les châteaux, parking sécurisé et village calme, commerces et restaurants à proximité, les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
