This authentic 18th-century winegrower's house is located in the heart of the village of Niedermorschwihr. It is typical of its period, with half-timbering, low-ceilinged rooms and wooden floors. In the immediate vicinity of Colmar (8 km), you'll be close to Eguisheim (10 km), Kaysersberg (8 km), Turckheim (4 km) and many tourist, cultural and sporting activities.

The house, which sleeps 4, is warmly decorated to ensure your comfort.
The first floor features a large entrance hall with games area (table soccer, darts, arcade), a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities, and a toilet.
A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, which comprises :
- a comfortable living room with armchairs and television
- a kitchen equipped with a vitroceramic stove, a large fridge, a microwave oven and all necessary appliances (no dishwasher)
- separate dining area
- one bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190)
- a bedroom with two 90x190 beds, convertible into a 180x190 double bed
- a bathroom with sink and shower
- a separate toilet

For your convenience, linen (sheets, towels and kitchen towels) is provided and your beds are made on arrival.
Free parking is available a few steps from the house.
