Gite for 4 or 5 people, on the heights of Mittelwihr, on the edge of the vineyards.

Spacious, comfortable upstairs gite for 4 to 5 people with a large terrace and magnificent views of the vineyards, châteaux and Vosges mountains. On the heights of Mittelwihr, at the back of the courtyard of the Baumann-Zirgel wine estate, on the edge of the vineyards. A privileged location at the heart of the vineyards and typical villages and towns to visit, with the added bonus of peace and quiet.
A 5th person can be accommodated in an extra bed ( BZ armchair (very comfortable convertible - bultex mattress and slats ).
The Schirr (our former winegrowing barn) has been completely renovated to a high standard of quality and ecology, and comprises this duplex gite on the first floor and another 2-person gite on the ground floor, adjoining the owner's but totally independent and not promiscuous due to their location and exposure.
Anecdote: Two TV reports on the gites chose it for their filming, thanks to the panoramic view!
You'll find a beamed but modern atmosphere, bedrooms with new bedding, underfloor heating and air-conditioning, a large 21 m² terrace (south-east and north) with table and chairs, wood, electric barbecue, parasol and garden furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle). Large living room with corner sofa and large farmhouse table with benches. Satellite TV, Hi-Fi and DVD.
Shower room with 2 basins, 1 separate WC, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160X200) and a 2nd duplex bedroom (2 beds 90)+ 1 extra bed 90 (BZ armchair - good sleeping arrangements). Courtyard, private parking, playground. Shared facilities: washing machine, library, table tennis, bicycle rackets, bicycle sheds, wine trail, wine tasting and cellar tours, free WIFI.

Valérie or Nicole will welcome you. We live on the estate. On Mondays at 5:30 p.m., we'll invite you to a welcome drink, introduce you to our wines and share a few regional delicacies, and then take you on a tour of the estate's cellars.
