In the heart of the Alsatian Vineyard, this charming 3-room duplex Holiday cottage welcomes you in a quiet and friendly setting, ideal for discovering the region, located in a property with 4 Holiday cottages.

On the first floor, you'll enjoy a bright living area comprising a lounge-dining room with TNT TV, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hood, hob, fridge, toaster, barbecue, SENSEO coffee maker, kettle, etc.). This space opens onto a pleasant terrace, perfect for sharing a meal or relaxing after a day of exploring. A separate toilet completes this level. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds. Outside, you'll find a private terrace, a garden and a parking space in the shared inner courtyard, allowing you to make the most of the peaceful setting. A laundry room shared by all three Holiday cottages is at your disposal, with washing machine and dryer. Baby equipment can also be provided on request. For larger groups, it is possible to rent the adjoining Holiday cottage through a connecting door, offering capacity for up to 10 people.
