Nous tenons à préciser que le matériel de nettoyage (serpillère, seau, aspirateur, etc.) est bien mis à disposition si le client le réclame. Le forfait ménage de 45 € correspond uniquement à la prestation de nettoyage final, afin de garantir à chaque voyageur un hébergement parfaitement propre à son arrivée.
Par ailleurs, concernant l’accès, il y a effectivement deux marches à l’extérieur et une marche à l’intérieur. Nous restons à votre disposition pour toute précision ou pour vous aider à préparer au mieux votre séjour.
