Ideal for quiet vacations in a green setting. The estate comprises 3 Holiday cottages and the owners' house. Each gîte has its own private terrace.

Detached house 103m² on 3 levels, independent and private access from ground floor.

On 1st floor, independent fitted kitchen, shower room with shower, separate toilet. Living room with sitting area and access to 60 m² terrace with covered area.

2nd floor, 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds 140x190cm and one with 2 single beds 100x200cm.

Outside, a large courtyard shared by the 3 Holiday cottages and the owners offers parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a private terrace with direct access from the accommodation. 2 private terraces, one sheltered, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
Two other Holiday cottages in adjoining buildings. Several Holiday cottages can be rented at the same time (Les Géraniums du Vallon 2 people, Les chevreuils du Vallon 2-4 people).
