On the first floor: 1 independent garage for 1 car and a laundry area with washing machine and clothesline.
The Holiday cottage entrance is on the 1st floor and gives direct access to a private covered terrace with garden furniture.
In the Holiday cottage itself you'll find :
An open kitchen equipped with: microwave - electric stove (oven + 4 hotplates) - dishwasher - 2 electric coffee makers (1 filter and 1 "senseo" pod) - electric kettle - toaster - fridge with a small freezer section.
A large living room with dining area and sitting area with TV; 1 radio with CD player.
Separate WC with washbasin.
A small room equipped with a vanity unit with built-in mirror and an ironing board with iron at your disposal.
On the 2nd floor or duplex, you'll find :
1 bedroom for 2 (bed 1x180x200 (with 2 mattresses 90x200 each) ;
1 bedroom for 2 (bed 1x140x200) (1 mattress) and a bed 90x190 ;
1 bathroom including: 1 WC, 1 shower (cabin) and 1 vanity unit with washbasin and integrated mirror, as well as a hairdryer.

In the corridor: 1 office area with Internet access (fiber + WIFI).
Holiday cottage: No smoking (in accommodation and on terrace).
